Jennifer has broad experience in the power and infrastructure sectors. Prior to joining Azura, she was a Partner at Trinity International LLP, a niche law firm that specialises in advising on corporate and project finance transactions in emerging markets. Jennifer advised developers and financial institutions on a variety of complex projects, with a particular focus on renewable and thermal energy projects across sub-Saharan Africa. This included advising sponsors and developers on the $900m project financing of the 459MW Edo IPP in Nigeria, two geothermal IPPs in Ethiopia, a hydro-electric project in Malawi, a number of IPP projects in Mozambique and a solar IPP in Burundi.

Prior to joining Trinity, Jennifer trained with and was a Managing Associate at Linklaters LLP where she spent time in their London, Singapore and Dubai offices. She is a Solicitor in England and Wales.
